Women's Fitness

A friendly afternoon for women, built around gentle movement and a shared meal. On the menu: hula hoop, coordination mats, jumping rope, guessing games and the "granny pants" balloon game — light activities, plenty of laughs, zero pressure. Everyone brings a dish (savory, sweet, salad or drink) and we share the meal after the activity. The activity is open to all; women 16 and over get priority, and younger girls will be confirmed if spaces remain when registration closes.

Pricing

$8 per person, covering room rental, utensils and hot drinks. Payment is made directly in the registration form by credit card. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
